NaNoWriMo 2023 Winner awarded to LadyArsenik I'm a writer who loves to worldbuild. Istra is the world in which my stories are set (the Istra cinematic universe??) and it's been around since 2013, when it just was a collection of Google docs. I started my WorldAnvil journey in November 2023 to help myself plan for my writing. History, geography, and culture are my favorite things to write about. My goal is to create a plausible (not necessarily realistic) world in which things are falling apart, but there is still a glimmer of hope. I draw inspiration from real world history, as well as the universes of Dragon Age, Warframe, Destiny, The Elder Scrolls, Game of Thrones, and Brandon Sanderson's incredible magic systems.
