The format of ordered lists, particularly bullet and numbered lists, can be somewhat manipulated when editing an article, but that format is not maintained between either the View Mode or View in World options. I'm using the Zen browser, a fork of Firefox, but I've tried viewing it in Chrome and it's the same result.

Steps to Reproduce
Start a numbered list in visual editor mode.
Do an indentation to create a level-down sublist with the tab key. This sublist will also be numbered.
Highlight a part of this sublist line, which brings up the formatting popup window.
The first formatting option that shows "numbered list", click and change to "bullet list"
The sublist line will be changed to show a bullet, but the list one level up will remain numbered. This is the intended result, having a numbered list with bulleted sublists in levels beneath them (or vice versa).
Switching to View Mode, the entire list will be bulleted.
Going to View in World, the entire list will be numbered. If it's relevant, I'm using the Eldritch Horror theme.
